Specialized techniques may include: Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Active Stretching. Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) tools are also used to comb through soft tissue restrictions and scar tissue (e.g., Cupping, Hot/Cold Stones, Gua Sha). Soft tissue restrictions can develop post-surgery, overuse (sports or repeated motions at work) or even prolonged postures sitting at a desk or driving. Likewise, they can develop with lack of use.

Assisted Stretching
(Mat or Table)
Many people tend to not stretch, or stretch the wrong way or they find it difficult to not only stick to a consistent stretching routine but also push themselves when they do stretch. In our Stretch and Recover session, a licensed therapist manipulates your body while you try to relax your muscles by deep breathing exercises. Benefits include range of motion, mobility, flexibility, chronic pain, stiffness and functional power. Great as a stand alone treatment but we find it more beneficial when added to any of our signature massages.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Session

This specialized (light pressure, skin stretching) technique stimulates and accelerates the lymphatic system, eliminating unwanted toxins and waste from the body. Additional techniques may be added such as abdominal work, diaphragmatic breathing and more to aide in the elimination process. Benefits include detoxification, immune support, decrease in inflammation, water retention and more. May reduce symptoms associated with stress, muscle fatigue, fibromyalgia, acute pain, depression and more.

Phase 1: Healing

This essential part of the custom care plan for many cosmetic or orthopedic surgery patients helps control swelling and expedite healing. These progressive sessions include a combination of Myofascial Release and Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques accompanied by therapeutic tools (e.g., Ultrasound, Infrared light) and Methods. Body sculpting machines and tools are then utilized at the appropriate time after the healing stage. The goal is to prevent and eliminate fibrosis and seromas, promote movement & circulation and achieve a smooth, natural-looking result.

Phase 2: Body Contouring

Our FDA-approved combination of ultrasound cavitation, radiofrequency and laser lipolysis body sculpting treatments are ideal for those who want a non-surgical option for fat reduction, along with skin tightening and toning. Therapeutic tools paired with high quality essential oils are also used to minimizes the appearance of cellulite dimpling and fatty bulges.

Structured Sole-Foot Treatment
(Recovery Lounge- open therapy area)
This 60 Minute unique treatment starts off with a 15 minute foot soak with warm water, a special blend of Dead Sea salts and aromatherapy to soothe the muscles of the feet while receiving a therapeutic neck, shoulder and arms massage. With the remaining time specialized massage techniques release chronically held tension in the muscles, tendons and ligaments of the feet. Our special foot massage protocols promote structural balance of your feet, ankles, knees, hips and entire skeletal structure. Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization tools are used to comb through soft tissue restrictions and scar tissue, promoting tissue remodeling and healthy tissue production. IASTM and/or Kinesiology tape may be used in this session.

This Authentic Thai Massage using no oils or Western protocols includes acupressure and assisted stretching with a strong focus on the legs and back area. Also known as “Assisted Yoga” or “Lazy man’s Yoga”.
